The owner was very helpful and showed a genuine interest in my visit to Torquay, but was not overpowering with it. Very clean rooms and the breakfast was top notch. I felt that nothing would be to much trouble should I have needed anything. Excellent.

The beds were very comfortable, away from the sea front which meant it was very peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors. lovely breakfast with adequate variety. Very clean, would deinitely stay there again.
Perhaps just the noise of the traffic on the main road that leads to the beach, which is where the Brandize was situated. A larger supply of shower gel as we forgot to take ours!

Bathrooms could be cramped!!! Parking can be a challenge during busy periods due to inconsiderate guests!!! WiFi connectivity issues were too common in certain rooms, which can really hinder plans!!!

Efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was in a relaxed atmosphere with good service, rooms were always clean and in good condition.
I thought our room was haunted when the tv turned itself on in the middle of the night with a flashing green light eminating from the en suite! :-)
